BHNC’s Excelsior Community Center Active Senior Program

Hours: 9am to 2pm Monday through Friday

BHNC also provides support to seniors who are frail and homebound in the Bernal Heights and Excelsior neighborhoods to ensure their ability to age in their homes without being institutionalized through our Neighborhood Elders Support Team (NEST) that is a model of staff and volunteers working together.
