For more than 3 decades, Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center and its Housing Affiliates have developed affordable housing for families, seniors, individuals, and for people with disabilities and those who have been homeless. We continue to develop affordable housing as the need for housing that is priced significantly below San Francisco’s outrageously priced housing market continues to outstrip the availability of below market rate units.
