Vendor Registration

The Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center and Steven Restivo Event Services, llc invite all businesses to participate in the Fiesta on the Hill event. The event will take place on Sunday, October 17th, 2010 in Bernal Heights on Cortland Ave.

Fiesta on the Hill is a community based, high-profile and energetic Festival with an attendance of over 15,000friends and neighbors from San Francisco‘s Bernal Heights area, neighboring communities and the greater Bay Area. The event is in its 22nd year and continues to grow.


Fiesta on the Hill benefits the Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center whose mission it is to preserve and enhance the ethnic, cultural, and economic diversity of the Bernal Heights district of San Francisco and surrounding neighborhoods.

All applicants will be reviewed by the Bernal Height Neighborhood Center Committee. If you would like to apply to Fiesta, please note these are some guidelines that we require:

1. We provide a 10ft x 10ft space only. Everything else you need for your set up ie; tents, tables, chairs, umbrellas or signage needs to be provided by the Exhibitor. We do not supply electricity.

2. Accepted local organizations only may distribute promotional materials. The selling of any items, including food, must be approved by the committee.

3. Insurance, if desired by Exhibitor, must be obtained by Exhibitor at Exhibitor’s own expense. Steven Restivo Event Services, LLC, (SRES), our clients and the cities and counties where we produce the events, assume no risk; and by the participation in the event, Exhibitor expressly releases SRES, our clients and the city and county from any and all liability for any damages, injury, theft, or loss to any person or goods which may arise from the occupation of space by Exhibitor. We strongly encourage all event participants to carry insurance.

4. We will send you a status letter by within 2 weeks of our receiving your completed application. If accepted to the event, you will receive a participant packet approximately 20-30 days prior to the event.

5. Fiesta will take place rain or shine.

6. If you cancel or withdraw your application more than 60 days before the show, we will refund 50% of your fees. If you cancel within 60 days there will be no refunds available, as all funds will be committed to the production and promotion of the event. All cancellations must be in writing and received by Steven Restivo Event Services, LLC more than 60 days before the show.
