1. How can I be a vendor at Fiesta on the Hill? Vendor forms are available to download from this website. Fill out and return to address listed with your check.

2. What are the vendor prices at Fiesta on the Hill? Vendor prices are listed on the vendor application.
3. Will I get my deposit back? Yes. If your space is clean and you remove all items from your space by 7pm the day of Fiesta (Sunday, October 19th) we will return your deposit.
4. Where is my booth/table space located? Your confirmation, with your location, will be mailed to you 10 days before the event.
5. Can I reserve a corner space? Yes, but please note, there are limited corner spaces available. Corner spaces are on a first come first served basis.
6. When can I check in? Check in times and locations will be mailed to you with your confirmation 10 days before the event. You can not check in any earlier than your designated check in time.
7. Can I bring my own booth or table? Yes.
8. If I rent a booth from BHNC, how big is it? The booth is 10x10 and has four wooden walls and a roof. If this is not satisfactory for you, please bring your own equipment.
9. I plan to sell art work and handicrafts but it is not my own, can I qualify for the Artist rate? No, only original artists selling their own work can qualify for the artist rate. If your merchandise is not original or not your own, you will be asked to pay the full merchant rate.
10. I am selling home made food item, do I need a food permit? Yes. Please fill out the food vendor application. Please note that the Department of Health will be on site for inspection.
11. I want to be a food vendor – what are the costs involved? Food vendors must pay for the space, which is 10 feet wide by 15 feet deep, as well as for the DPH and Fire Department permit package, which is and ADDITIONAL $125.00 payable to BHNC. In addition, any vendors wishing to rent a physical booth structure and chairs and tables must pay for those too.
12. I am a food vendor, do I have to recycle my food garbage items? Yes, this year all food vendors are required to recycle their food waste. Please see the “recycling information sheet” in our vendor registration packet linked above.
